Remodel & addition for The Japanese Institute of Sawtelle, a non-profit with the goal of teaching Japanese language and culture to American born offspring of Japanese immigrants. The reimagined campus includes a new preschool & playground, administrative offices, & gym/auditorium space for community events and weekend language school. In addition new signage & landscaping help to unify the project.
