A remodel of existing home including a new pool & cabana and ground up guest house on the adjacent parcel. The use of warm grey stucco & wood siding/decking help to tie all the elements together along with the lush landscaping. Indoor/outdoor boundary further is blurred by use of large sliding glass doors. Other elements include new fire pit, dining patio and home gym. The result is a series of indoor and outdoor spaces that create multiple ways and options for entertaining both family and friends.
